Lyrics

"Own Agenda"
(Lyrics - M. Novak - Music - M. Novak)

Parents take good care of your children
Teach them right from wrong
We all share the World we live in
We have to know how to get along

Kids are dying for the clothes they wear
A young life gone it doesn’t seem fair
Everybody’s worried but no one seems to care
It’s someone else’s problem We all demand our share

Everybody's got their own agenda
While special interests carves up America
Screaming messages and hearing no others
They close their mind they have no brothers

Everybody wants it their own way
And no one listens to what other people say
Everybody’s worried but no one seem to care
It’s someone else’s problem We all demand our share

Everybody’s got their own agenda
Whatever happened to what’s best for America
People don’t care about each other
ICE drives by people run for cover

Everybody's got their own agenda
While special interests carve up America
Everybody’s worried but no one seem to care
It’s someone else’s problem We all demand our share

Once upon a time in America

We listened to each others ideas

But not anymore

Now days in America

Everyone wants it their own way

Now days in America

You have to listen to what they say

You have to do it their way

Or you’ll pay

By god you’ll pay

You better pray

By god you better pray
